A mysterious and eccentric guy, all known about him is that he is an enthusiast for quiz games and wants you to participate in them, he appears in a random place to ask a lucky person one question, answering right gets you a prize, while a wrong answer gets you nothing, after that he disappears with a smoke bomb.
His name, age and where he is from is unknown
He is taller than Seinpex and some humans

I know he looks like The Riddler, Willy Wonka, and Waluigi mashed together, I tried to avoid these similarities but also I don't want to change the design too much
